A favorite stop on Beaver Street for visitors and a go-to place locals loved to share with out-of-town guests, Sunrise became a true York County attraction under her leadership. In recognition of her passion and impact over the years, Clarke was awarded Explore York’s Makers Spirit Award at our Annual Tourism Industry Event in January.

Chris is the heart of York County’s Maker Spirit – pouring her creativity into every product that helped make Sunrise a true gem. Her enthusiasm and partnership will be missed. Please join Explore York in wishing her well in the next chapter of her journey and welcoming Sunrise’s new owner, Sydney Stott, who’s excited to build on the strong foundation Chris created.
